Bulk garbage pick-up days for rural Mt. Pleasant

The following is a schedule of bulk garbage pick-up days at 900 West Washington Street, in Mt. Pleasant.

This is for rural residents only. Items that will be accepted on these dates include mattresses, furniture, rolled-up carpet, and other bulky household items. All things normally accepted at the Central Site will also be accepted during the following days such as electronics, appliances, vehicle tires, oil and recyclables.

Absolutely no construction waste will be accepted.

April 24, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

April 25, 2015 from 8 a.m. to noon

May 29, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

May 30, 2015 from 8 a.m. to noon

Sept. 25, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sept. 26, 2015 from 8 a.m. to noon

Oct. 30, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Oct. 31, 2015 from 8 a.m. to noon
