Burlington to host a very vintage market
Burlington?s Downtown Partners will host a major summer event, A Very Vintage Market.
The market will take place in the 100 ? 500 blocks of Jefferson, 200 blocks of N. Third and N. Burlington?s Downtown Partners will host a major summer event, A Very Vintage Market.
The market will take place in the 100 ? 500 blocks of Jefferson, 200 blocks of N. Third and N. Fourth, and 300 block of Valley on Saturday, July 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Over 100 vendors will be on hand with antiques, vintage-inspired décor, repurposed items, architectural salvage, and more. The event, made possible by Titan Broadcasting, will include food vendors and live music as well; there is no admission fee. For more information, call Downtown Partners at 319-752-6365.
?The first Very Vintage Market, held last year, was a major success, bringing over forty vendors and thousands of shoppers to downtown Burlington,? said Steve Frevert, Executive Director of Downtown Partners, Inc. ?This year?s event will be even bigger, with nearly three times as many vendors. We?re looking forward to welcoming people from throughout the Midwest to our great downtown.?
Downtown Partners, Burlington?s Main Street program, is a division of the Greater Burlington Partnership.
