Car vs. deer accident causes $2,500 in damage
?Tis the season ? the season for vehicle vs. deer accidents.
Henry County Sheriff?s Office responded to a car-deer accident on Monday, Nov. 9, south of the intersection of Kentucky Ave. and Highway 27.
A 2011 Dodge, owned and operated by Amy Maine, of Mt. Union, was southbound on Highway 27 when she struck a deer that entered the roadway.
Damage to the Maine vehicle was estimated at $2,500.
