Cardinal goes 1-2 at Davis County Triangular
The Cardinal Comets volleyball team went 1-2 Saturday at the Davis County Invite.
The Comets defeated Seymour in two sets. Sophomore Dakota Durflinger led the team in kills with eight. Leea Ostrander and Katey Liles each had five digs. Cassidy McMartin led the team in aces with eight.
Cardinal (10-12) lost to Davis County and Central Decatur, both in straight sets.

?We did not play very well,? Cardinal coach Jerald Harter said. ?We commit too many unforced errors and our hitting performances are not consistent.?
Amy Hart led the Comets in serving in the Central Decatur game with four aces.
Cardinal plays Tuesday at Danville.
