Cathleen ?Cathy? Angela Nelson

Cathleen ?Cathy? Angela Nelson, 78, of Fairfield, died at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

No funeral is planned. Cremation has been accorded.

Family visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Saturday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

A memorial has been established to St. Mary Catholic Church.

Mrs. Nelson was born Sept. 19, 1933, in Edina, Minn., the daughter of Paul and Catherine Renz Wind. She married Jerry Nelson Sept. 5, 1963, in Brainerd, Minn.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Brian Nelson of Sacramento, Calif.; two daughters, Angie McLean and husband Chris of Coralville and Alisa Kolars and husband Ben of Carroll; seven grandchildren; and one brother, Paul Wind of Woodbury, Minn.
