CBJ names WCHC one of ‘coolest places to work’

Washington County Hospital and Clinics (WCHC) is excited to announce that it was named one of the “Coolest Places to Work” in the large company category by the Corridor Business Journal. Companies were grouped into three size categories: Small, those with 20 or fewer employees; medium, those with 21-99 employees; and large, those with 100 or more employees. This is the 10th year of the CBJ honoring local companies for creating the most engaging and rewarding work environments. Companies are selected for this honor based on a Worker Satisfaction Survey.

“It’s an honor to be recognized as one of the Coolest Places to Work,” said WCHC CEO Todd Patterson. “At WCHC we strive to provide a rewarding work environment as well as the resources, tools and support our employees need to serve our patients and customers in the best way possible.”

Rankings will be announced during the Coolest Places to Works Awards Dinner Nov. 30 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex.
