CEDAR RAPIDS (AP) ? A 44-year-old Cedar Rapids man accused of trying to kill his neighbors is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
Court records say Joseph Pham on Monday pleaded guilty to lesser charges in a deal with prosecutors.
Pham had been charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Prosecutors say he shot Brian Wilson and fired at two others on June 9, 2012. Pham pleaded guilty to felony intimidation and to reckless use of a firearm.
Police say the shooting stemmed for a disagreement between Pham and Wilson regarding loud music, rude gestures, broken windows and feces being thrown. Pham's sentencing is set for Feb. 18.
