Chamber planning trip to Iowa Capitol
The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce is planning its annual trip to the Iowa Capitol in Des Moines March 12.
The trip is an effort to bring chamber members and guests closer to the legislative process and to local and state legislative leaders.

The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce is planning its annual trip to the Iowa Capitol in Des Moines March 12.
The trip is an effort to bring chamber members and guests closer to the legislative process and to local and state legislative leaders.
Plans call for a full day of group and targeted meetings, capitol complex tours and observation of legislative debate.
Plans also include a private lunch with legislative leaders and a group photo.
Transportation will leave Fairfield at 8:30 a.m. and return at 4:45 p.m.
The cost for the trip to the capitol is $45 per chamber member or $54 for nonchamber members.
