Chamber to host final Legislative Breakfast

On Saturday, the Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber Alliance will host the final Legislative Breakfast of the session with elected officials, Sen. Rich Taylor (D-Mt. Pleasant) and Rep. Dave Heaton (R-Mt. Pleasant).

The breakfast will be held Saturday, April 22, from 8:30 to 10 a.m., at Chadwick Library?s International Room on the Iowa Wesleyan University campus. The elected officials will discuss the happenings at the State Capitol this year. The event is open to the public and reservations are not necessary.

The Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber Alliance Government Affairs Committee is hosting the event. Committee member David File will serve as this week?s moderator.
