Christmas fun with ‘A Holiday on Main’
“Holiday on Main” was held at the Mt. Pleasant Central Park on Thursday, Dec. 2. The event featured a parade sponsored by the Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce Alliance. There were carolers, s’mores and more with Santa arriving with his elves.
“For more than 20 years, downtown businesses have featured live window displays, carolers, hot cocoa and children’s activities,” said Lisa Oetken, Main Street event coordinator.
The event was a great success this year and was highly anticipated due to COVID-19 not allowing the event to take place the last two years.
