Citizenship class graduates

The Latinos for Washington group presented certificates of achievement to five graduates of the citizenship class on Thursday, April 18. Dr. Robin Plattenberger-Gilmore and her husband Richard Gilmore have created a scholarship to assist financially with those who will go on to take the $750 citizenship test. Those who passed their test will then be elgible to take the citizenship test in Des Moines.
