Clean up Fairfield’s Central Park during ‘Streetsweepers’ Ball’

Fairfield residents are invited to bring a broom, grab a cap and join the Fairfield Beautification Commission for its annual "Streetsweepers' Ball" Saturday morning.
Volunteers of all ages will be sweeping, weeding and generally tidying up Central Park and a block in all directions from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will receive special caps and gloves, and enjoy music and refreshments. The commission invites residents to bring garden tools and brooms if they have them, and if not, to come anyway.
