Another sign that spring has sprung are blooming tulips in front of the Chadwick Library on the campus of Iowa Wesleyan College. To ensure that tulips and every other flower has a productive spring and summer is some of the work of Teenie Vitale, pictured, a resident of Mt. Vitale was cleaning some of the flower beds Tuesday afternoon in front of the library.
