Clifford Parcell, age 89, of Fairfield, Ia., Passed away Monday Dec. 28, 2009 at SunnyBrook Assisted Living in Fairfield, Ia.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday December 31, 2009 at Behner Funeral Home with Rev. Stan Bauer officiating. Burial will be in Clay Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday Dec. 31, 2009 at Behner Funeral Home from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Mr. Parcell was born March 23, 1920 in Washington County, Iowa to John Robert and Elizabeth Ash Parcell. He married Wanda Mae Miller April 22, 1951 in Washington, Iowa.
