Cold temps grips Mt. Pleasant

As an artic blast hits the Midwest Wednesday, temperatures plummet into negative double digits. The National Weather Services predicts wind chill values could drop as low as -45 with west winds blowing 10 to 15 miles per hour. In Mt. Pleasant it was -14 at 8:07 a.m.
