Marie Webster enjoyed a stroll with her four collies this morning on Seventh Street. Weather conditions were ideal for a morning stroll. Today?s high was forecasted to be 82 degrees, with a low of 61. There is a 10 percent chance of precipitation tonight, but this morning, Fairfield saw nothing but clear, sunny skies. True to their breed, Webster?s collies were mild-mannered and sweet.
