Columbus Junction police ID second fatal fire victim
Police have released the name of the second of two people who died in a fire in a downtown Columbus Junction apartment building over the weekend.
Police identified him as 57-year-old James Mitchell.
He and 52-year-old Timothy Miles died in Saturday?s blaze. The building?s owner, 76-year-old Paul Buffington, and resident Percy Taylor were injured.
