MORAVIA ? Just two days after turning the ball over 27 times, the Cardinal boys? basketball team came out with a specific focus on limiting missed opportunities Thursday.
The Comets (4-6, 3-5 SEISC south) turned the ball over just seven times this time and went on to win a 55-32 out-of-conference game against Moravia Thursday.

The Comets (4-6, 3-5 SEISC south) turned the ball over just seven times this time and went on to win a 55-32 out-of-conference game against Moravia Thursday.
Jonathan Pederson led Cardinal with 16 points followed by Donny Teninty with 12 points, Austin Roe with nine and Drew Ostrander with eight. Roe had a team-high five assists and Ostrander led the Comets with five steals. Dakota Showman added four assists, while Neil Urtado tallied two steals.
Tyler McDanel led Moravia with 11 points.
The Comets host Van Buren tonight.
