Mt. Pleasant City Council?s Public Improvements Committee will discuss banners during its meeting Thursday, March 22, at 8:30 a.m. in the city administrator?s office at City Hall.
Besides the banners, the only other tentative agenda item is a public forum. The meeting is open to the public.
