Richland?s 100th year Celebration of Homecoming is planned Friday through Sunday, with the theme ?A Fine Time to Shine.?
Events will kickoff by introducing and honoring of the Richland area?s 90-year-old residents at 4 p.m. Friday in Central Park. Opening ceremonies at 5 p.m. will include guest

Richland?s time to shine
Richland?s 100th year Celebration of Homecoming is planned Friday through Sunday, with the theme ?A Fine Time to Shine.?
Events will kickoff by introducing and honoring of the Richland area?s 90-year-old residents at 4 p.m. Friday in Central Park. Opening ceremonies at 5 p.m. will include guest speaker T.R. Wolf, who is a former Richland physician.
?Bigger, better? in Keosauqua
In Keosauqua, the celebration, hosted by the Keosauqua Lions Club and the Keosauqua community, is an all-day event.
The day begins with a pancake and sausage breakfast from 7-10:30 a.m. in the dining tent in City Park.
