Henry County Back to School Health Fair Aug. 8

Tuesday, Aug. 8, 4-7 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 607 S. Jackson St., Mt. Pleasant, the first ever Back To School Health Fair will be held. This one stop shop includes school immunizations, dental screening, vision screening and lead testing. Sports physicals are available for $25 (cash only). There will be community resource tables, kids activities, giveaways and two food trucks (Full Smoke BBQ and Cassa Bella Potosina. Forms are available on site but save time and go on the internet for Immunization forms, Lead screening forms or Sports physical forms. http://healthyhenrycounty.org/PublicHealth/
