Construction projects take shape in Washington County

WASHINGTON COUNTY - Various projects are beginning to take shape in Washington County with a new building going up on the Washington County Fairgrounds, the roof installed on the Washington County Communications Center and the Ainsworth Fire Station beginning to take shape.

In January, the fair board announced it would tear down to existing wooden barns and replace them with one larger steel barn. The new space will be 138-feet-by-150-feet and is expected to be completed in time to be used for the 2020 Washington County Fair.
