Cookies for Cops

Jefferson County Health Center's Community Team delivered home-baked cookies to members of the Fairfield Police Department, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Fairfield Fire Department, Jefferson County Public Health and Jefferson County EMS. The community team does this every year and calls the donation 'Cookies for Cops.” JCHC Community Relations Manager Wanda Bagby said it's the team's way of 'showing our appreciation to those who care for our community.” Receiving the cookies are Mike Simons, left, Jefferson County Correctional Facility Administrator, and David Thomas, right, Fairfield Police Chief.
