Council to hear appeal
An appeal hearing concerning the removal of a dog will be conducted by the Mt. Pleasant City Council during its regular meeting tonight.
The hearing originally was slated for the Aug. 28 meeting but postponed because the city attorney was not certain all parties received notification.
