James Lee Terrell, 36, of 607 E, Pierce Ave., pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while licensed barred, habitual offender, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, which was suspended. He was placed on two years? probation, fined $625 plus 35 percent surcharge and ordered to pay court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs.

Robert Lee Gerard, 62 of Libertyville, was given a deferred judgment for his guilty plea to operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. He was placed on two years probation and fined $1,250. He was ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, pay court fees and court appointed attorney fees if any.

Cory Lynn Mathahs, 44 of 610 S. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to possession of a schedule I controlled substance, marijuana, a serious misdemeanor. She was given a deferred judgment with two years probation, fined $315 and ordered to pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any. She was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation.
