Bobby Oris Hanen, 47, 1582 Olive Ave., violated his probation. The terms of his probation were continued, and he was ordered to complete treatment at the Iowa Residential Treatment Center in Mount Pleasant. Hanen also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was ordered to pay a $315 fine, $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
Steven Mark Scotton, 49, 500 S. 15th St., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without the owner?s consent and third-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to two consecutive two-year jail terms. Scotton also was fined $1,250 and was ordered to pay $250 in law enforcement initiative surcharges.
MAGISTRATE COURT
Joseph Ray Wheeler, 32, 607 W. Van Buren Ave., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $100.
