Regeno Daniel Collado Jr. 31 of Las Vegas, Nev., pleaded guilty to violation of a no contact order. He was sentenced to two days in jail, orders to pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
Shane Allen Hemm, 29 of Batavia pleaded guilty to operating without a valid license, a simple misdemeanor. He was fined $200 plus a 35 percent surcharge and ordered to pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
Michael Harris VanTasell, 34 of 910 S. Third St., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all but two days was suspended and he was placed on two years? probation. His license was revoked, he was ordered to complete a course for drinking drivers and complete a substance abuse evaluation. He was fined $1,250 plus a 35 percent surcharge, a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge and ordered to pay restitution, court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
David Cumbie, 21 of 100 ½ N. Main St., Apt. 2, had a probation revocation hearing where his deferred judgment was revoked and he is guilty of third degree attempted burglary. He was fined $625 plus a 35 percent surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, court appointed attorney fees if any and jailed for 30 days.
Eric Shane Essary, 39 of 901 W. Grimes, pleaded guilty to false imprisonment, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, which was suspended. He was placed on two years probation, fined $315 plus a 35 percent surcharge, ordered to pay restitution, court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
MAGISTRATE COURT
Curtis Virgil Null, 48 of Brighton, pleaded guilty to trespassing, a simple misdemeanor. He was fined $65 plus 30 percent surcharge.
Elizabeth Victoria Juarez, 19 of 905 E. Madison Ave., provided false information to persons in certain occupations. She was given a deferred judgment with six months? probation, ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any. She was fined $65.
