Erin Lynn Spece, 18, of Stockport, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $195.

Magistrate court
Erin Lynn Spece, 18, of Stockport, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $195.
Stacy Muntz, 39, of Farmington, was fined $148 for disorderly conduct.
Caleb Michael Granaman, 18, pleaded guilty to person under legal age and 0.103 percent BAC and was fined $330.
Ketan Haridas Shah, 29, of 101 N. Main St., No. 217, pleaded guilty to trespassing, a simple misdemeanor, and was fined $250.
Associate District Court
Joshua Randall Meth, 24, of 206 E. Pierce Ave., No. 2, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault, a simple misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, less credit for time served. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on one year of probation. He was ordered to complete a Batterer?s Education program within 180 days and pay cost for the program; he was fined $65 and ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. He was ordered to be fingerprinted if none are on file.
Anthony William Hind, 30, of Brighton, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, less credit for time served. All but two days were suspended and he was placed on two years suspension. His license was revoked. He was ordered to successfully complete a drinking driver?s course and have a substance abuse evaluation within 45 days. He was fined $1,250 plus a 35 percent surcharge and a $10 DARE surcharge. He was ordered to pay court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. Another count was dismissed due to a plea agreement. He was ordered to be fingerprinted in none are on file.
