Ashley Mountain, 37, of Des Moines, pleaded guilty to no driver?s license and was fined $200 plus a 35 percent surcharge and ordered to pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
Matthew Andrew Scearcy, 25, of Mount Sterling, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail; all but seven days were suspended. He was placed on two years probation, his license was revoked, he was ordered to complete a drinking drivers course, obtain a substance abuse evaluation, fined $1,875 plus a 35 percent surcharge, ordered to pay a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge, restitution, court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
Trevor Ray Davis, 20, of Packwood, pleaded guilty to no driver?s license. He was fined $200, plus a 35 percent surcharge and ordered to pay court costs.
Raina K. Dollive, 20, of 605 N. Court St., pleaded guilty to possession of a Schedule I substance, marijuana, a serious misdemeanor. In a deferred judgment, she was given two years probation, ordered to get a substance abuse evaluation, pay a civil penalty of $315, a $125 law enforcement surcharge, restitution and court costs.
Casaris Amalia Diaz, 36, of Ottumwa pleaded guilty to using a false name or providing false information to obtain a driver?s license or identification, a serious misdemeanor. She was given a deferred judgment, placed on two years probation, ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315, restitution, court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
Mark Michael Shepherd, 30, of Ottumwa, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while license barred as a habitual offender, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two years in prison; all but 30 days were suspended. He was placed on two years probation, fined $625 plus a 35 percent surcharge, ordered to pay restitution, court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
MAGISTRATE COURT
Larry Wayne Money, 29, of 507 N. Second St. pleaded guilty to dogs running loose in the 600 block of West Jackson Avenue. He was fined $125.
Gregory Thomas Lane, 26, of 505 W. Madison Ave., was fined $147.50 for simple assault.
Mandy Dawn Greiner, 36, of 506 N. Court St., No. 5, pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting violation of a no contact order. She was sentenced to four days in jail, which was suspended. She was placed on 12 months of probation with no further violation of the no contact order.
Joseph Allen Bibby, 26, of Douds pleaded guilty to obstruction of emergency communications and was fined $255.
Todd Michael Hones, 42, of Batavia pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault. He was ordered to pay court costs and successfully complete a Batterer?s Education Program.
