Mark Allen Hopwood, 22, of Eldon pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was fined $625. All but 10 days of a 90-day jail sentence was suspended. Hopwood was placed on probation for two years.

Lisa Marie Boatright, 32, of Batavia pleaded guilty to giving false reports to public safety entities and was fined $65. Twenty days of a 30-day jail sentence were suspended, and Boatright was placed on probation for one year.

MAGISTRATE COURT

Mincky Pasricha, 37, 107 W. Hempstead Ave., pleaded guilty to assault and received a deferred judgment. Pasricha was placed on probation for one year and ordered to complete a batterers? education program. Pasricha also must pay a $65 civil penalty.

Leo William Fritz, 52, of Brighton pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault and received a deferred judgment. He was ordered to pay a $65 civil penalty and to complete a batterers? education program. Fritz was placed on probation for one year.

Judy Booth of 2005 Granville Ave., pleaded guilty to failure to comply with rental code regulations and was fined $65.
