Michael Allen Critchlow, 52, of Callao, Mo., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and received a deferred judgment. He was placed on probation for two years. Critchlow also must pay a $1,250 civil penalty.
Terry Dean Delay, 38, of Crawfordsville pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was sentenced to four days in jail. Delay was ordered to pay a $1,250 fine and $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and to enroll in a course for drinking drivers. He also pleaded guilty to no driver?s license and was fined $200.
Brian Edward Jennings, 18, 308 S. Fourth St., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was ordered to pay a $1,250 fine and $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended, and Jennings was put on probation for one year. He also must complete a course for drinking drivers.
Cory Dean Septer, 33, 2865 Glasgow Road, pleaded guilty to simple assault and operating while intoxicated-first offense. All but two days of a 90-day jail sentence was suspended, and Septer was put on probation for two years. He must complete a batterers? education program and a course for drinking drivers. Septer was ordered to pay $1,315 in fines and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge.
Jesse James Haun, 24, 200 N. 28th St., Lot 79, pleaded guilty to credit card fraud and received a deferred judgment. He was put on probation for two years and ordered to pay a $625 civil penalty and $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. Haun also pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended. Haun must pay a $1,250 fine and $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and enroll in a course for drinking drivers.
Jorge Robel Alva-Diaz, 31, of Ottumwa pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree fraudulent practice and received a deferred judgment. He was put on probation for 364 days. He also must pay a $315 civil penalty and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge.
Todd Michael Renfrew, 41, of Ottumwa, pleaded guilty to no driver?s license and was fined $100.
Justin Doyle Brown, 23, 305 E. Madison Ave., pleaded guilty to trespassing, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. He was sentenced to 30 days to run concurrently for each count ? all but five days was suspended, and Brown was placed on probation for one year. He also was ordered to pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $260 in fines.
Sabin Joseph Sirdoreus, 20, of Richland pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was ordered to complete a course for drinking drivers. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended, and Sirdoreus was placed on probation for one year. He also must pay a $1,250 fine and $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge.
Matthew Joe Boughton, 31, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and was fined $625. He also must pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A 90-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.

Edward Wayne Curtis, 45, 603 E. Burlington Ave., Apt. 5, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was ordered to pay a $625 fine, $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A two-year jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
