Sarah Alise Vaughn, 22, 606 W. Monroe Ave., Apt. 2, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $100.
Damian Thomas Brian, 20, 1105 W. Jefferson Ave., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65.
Shane Henry Jarr, 31, 606 W. Monroe, Apt. 12, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $65.
Ruth Samantha Ward, 26, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to simple assault and was fined $66.
ASSOCIATE DISTRICT COURT
Paul Louis Clawson, 34, 301 S. 15th St., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $65. A 10-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of one year probation.
Yvette Andrea Stepp, 47, 304 S. 17th St., was fined $315 for assault on persons engaged in a certain occupation. A 90-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
William Carter Courtade, 24, 302 1/2 E. Briggs Ave., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65.
Corwin Paul Brook, 29, 1110 S. Fifth St., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was ordered to pay a $1,250 fine and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation. Brook was ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers. Brook also received a deferred judgment after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana ? he was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay a $315 civil penalty.
Carl Lloyd Churchill Sr., 77, 205 E. Broadway Ave., pleaded guilty to failure to comply with sex offender regulations. A 10-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation, and Churchill was ordered to pay a $625 fine.
Clinton Ernest Forquer, 51, Farmington, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was ordered to pay a $1,250 fine. He received a deferred judgement and was place on two years probation.
Marco Octavio Venegas, 32, Ottumwa, pleaded guilty to operating while license barred, habitual offender, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all but two days were suspended. He was placed on one year probation.
Clayton Daniel Neubauer, 35, Libertyville, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was fined $1,250. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all but two days were suspended. He was placed on probation for two years, ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers and pay a $10 DARE surcharge.
