The following court cases were processed at Jefferson County Clerk of Court:

District Court

Timothy Daniel Fluharty, 35, of 608 W. Jackson Ave., pleaded guilty to delivery of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, which was suspended. He was placed on five years probation. He was fined $1,000 plus a 35 percent surcharge and ordered to pay restitution to the Crime Victims Assistance Program, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, court costs and court appointed attorney fees. His license was revoked for 180 days. He was ordered to successfully complete drug court and ordered to spend 180 days at the Men?s Residential Facility, and remain in Jefferson County Jail until space is available. He must submit a specimen for DNA profiling.

Magistrate Court

Sarah Arel Simon, 26, of 607 W. Broadway Ave., Unit 10, Apt. 305, pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol in a public place and was fined $127.

Bradyn Lee Smith, 28, of 205 North C St., Apt. 2, pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol in a public place and was fined $127.
