Associate District Court

Jami Lynn Johnson, 31, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor, and received a deferred judgment. She was placed on two years probation and ordered to follow all recommendations of a substance abuse evaluation. She was fined $1,250. She as ordered to pay court costs, restitution and court appointed attorney fees, if any. One other Jefferson County case was dismissed with costs to her. If she does not have fingerprints on file with law enforcement, she was ordered to be fingerprinted.

Peter Stuart Ashman, 32, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to third-degree harassment, a simple misdemeanor. He was fined $65 plus a 35 percent surcharge. He was ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. If he does not have fingerprints on file with law enforcement, he was ordered to be fingerprinted.

Karen Kinder Sierra Tedrow, 26, of Mt. Pleasant, pleaded guilty to credit card fraud, an aggravated misdemeanor. She received a deferred judgment and was placed on two years probation. She was fined $625 plus a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and ordered to pay court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. Another case was dismissed with costs to her per a plea agreement. The judge determined she could serve community service at the federal minimum wage to pay court obligations. She was ordered to pay pecuniary damages of $173. If she does not have fingerprints on file with law enforcement, she was ordered to be fingerprinted.
