Michael Jerome Hines, 41, 100 N. 16th St., Lot 2, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and was fined $250.
ASSOCIATE DISTRICT COURT
Livi Kuuahoha Tashoff, 47, 1300 W. Jackson Ave., Lot 14, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was ordered to pay a $625 fine, $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A 90-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
Sergio Ricardo Stewart, 19, of Libertyville pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted third-degree burglary. He was fined $1,250 and was ordered to pay $250 in law enforcement initiative surcharges. Two two-year jail sentences were suspended in favor of two years probation.
DISTRICT COURT
Salena Marie Rivera?s probation was revoked because of a violation. Rivera, 22, of Lockridge was ordered to complete the five-year sentence entered Sept. 8, 2009.
