DISTRICT COURT

Jason Mathew Kensett, 34, 606 W. Monroe Ave., Apt. 2A, pleaded guilty to delivery of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 10 years in jail. He was ordered to pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. A $1,000 fine was suspended.

Jonathan Erric Perdue, 31, 1005 W. Hempstead Ave., pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault and was sentenced to two days in jail. He also must complete a batterers? education program.

ASSOCIATE DISTRICT COURT

Amy Ananda Hart, 26, 613 S. Second St., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was sentenced to two days in jail. She must pay a $1,250 fine and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. Hart was ordered to complete a course for drinking drivers.

MAGISTRATE COURT

Lee Alan Sell, 57, 504 S. 15th St., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65.
