Brian Charles Howard, 36, of 205 E. Hempstead Ave., No. 3, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, third or subsequent offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, less credit for time served. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on two years probation.
Heath Michael Krabill, 35, of Mount Pleasant, had his probation revoked and will serve 90 days in jail, less credit for any time served. The sentence is to run concurrent with two Henry County cases. He was ordered to pay court costs, court appointed attorney fees if any and restitution if any.
