Allan Russell Titus, 29, 2172 265th St., pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined $65.
James Lee Terrell, 35, 607 E. Pierce Ave., pleaded guilty to driving while denied or revoked. He was fined $1,000. A 120-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years on probation.
John Michael Foster, 53, 901 W. Grimes Ave., pleaded guilty to possession of a prescription drug or device without a prescription. He was fined $315 and ordered to pay a $125 law enforcement initiative. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
MAGISTRATE COURT
David Lee Perez, 26, 307 1/2 W. Washington Ave., pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and was fined $130.
David Brian Tanner, 67, 402 W. Hempstead Ave., No. 3, received a deferred judgment for theft and was put on probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a $65 civil penalty.
