Clifford Eugene Williams, 37, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, less credit for time served. His sentence is to run concurrent with another Jefferson County case. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on two years probation. He was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation within 45 days of judgment and follow its recommendations. He was fined $315 plus a 35 percent surcharge. He was ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. Another Jefferson County case was dismissed with costs to the defendant. Williams was ordered to be fingerprinted, if none are on file with law enforcement.

Lucy Marie Roe, 20, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, less credit for time served. Her sentence may be satisfied by completion of a court-ordered OWI program that provides law enforcement security. All but 48 hours of her sentence was suspended. She was placed on two years probation, her license was revoked and she was ordered to successfully complete a drinking driving course. She was ordered to have a substance abuse evaluation and follow its recommendations. She was fined $1,250 plus a 35 percent surcharge; a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge and ordered to pay restitution, court ordered attorney fees if any and court costs. Bobbie Gene Dalbey Jr., 57, of Libertyville, pleaded guilty and received a deferred judgment for operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. Magistrate Court
James Lee Terrell, 38, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty and was fined $148 for disorderly conduct.
Bruce Dudney Brown, 52, of Fairfield, was fined $148 for disorderly conduct.
