Paul Jones, 68, of 205 W. Briggs Ave., Apt. 341. Received a deferred judgment for operating while intoxicated, first offense. He was placed on two years probation, ordered to get a substance abuse evaluation, pay a civil penalty of $1,250, court costs, restitution and court appointed attorney fees, if any.

Carol Florence Negro, 59, of Libertyville, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, first offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail; all but two days were suspended. Her license was revoked, she was ordered to complete a drinking driver?s course and she was fined $1,250 plus a 35 percent surcharge, $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge, ordered to pay restitution, court costs and court appointed attorney fees, if any.

Brenda Glo, 52, of Ottumwa, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 30 days in jail; all but two days were suspended.
