She was sentenced to prison not to exceed five years, which was suspended, and she was placed on three years probation. She was fined $750 plus a 35 percent surcharge, a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. She was ordered to pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any. Her license was revoked for 180 days. She was ordered to provide a specimen for DNA profiling.
