Kimberly Sue Kurtz, 54, 1107 W. Hempstead Ave., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended, and Kurtz was put on probation for two years. She also must pay a $1,250 fine and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge.
