Ericka Lynn Lewis, 23, 2067 Libertyville Road, No. 3, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and received a deferred judgment. She was ordered to pay a $325 civil penalty and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. Lewis was placed on probation for two years.
Jeremy Eric Viccari, 20, 100 N. 16th St., Lot 62, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $315. He also must pay a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
William Carter Courtade, 23, 302 E. Briggs Ave., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and received a deferred judgment. He was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay a $315 civil penalty and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. Courtade also pleaded guilty to no driver?s license and was fined $200.
Robert Shannon Stump, 38, of Libertyville pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was ordered to pay a $1,250 fine and $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended, and Stump was placed on probation for one year. He was ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers.
William Eugene Eaton, 43, of Lockridge pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was fined $1,250. He was ordered to pay a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended, and Eaton was placed on probation for two years. He was ordered to complete a course for drinking drivers.
