She was sentenced to confinement in the adult corrections system for no more than 10 years; her sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation, fined $1,000 plus a 35 percent surcharge, a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge, and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. Her driver?s license was revoked for 180 days. She was ordered to pay $250 court costs and give a sample for DNA profiling. Special conditions of her probation include completely abstaining from alcohol and all use of non-prescription controlled substances and not enter into any establishment who?s primary business is the sale of alcohol.

She was ordered to pay $180 court costs and give a sample for DNA profiling. Joseph Michael Siemens, 21 of 1203 S. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to credit card fraud and was sentenced to five years confinement with the department of corrections. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on five years of probation, fined $750 plus 35 percent surcharge, and ordered to pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, court costs and $3,319 in pecuniary charges to the victim. He was ordered to give a sample for DNA profiling.

She was sentenced to not less than 10 years confinement with the department of corrections. Her sentence was suspended and she was given five years of probation, fined $1,000 plus a 35 percent surcharge, and ordered to pay a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge, $125 law enforcement initiative and $268 in court costs. Her driver?s license was revoked for 180 days and she was ordered to provide a sample for DNA profiling. She was ordered to complete a course for drinking drivers, complete a substance abuse evaluation, fined $1,250 plus a 35 percent surcharge, a $10 D.A.R,E. surcharge and ordered to pay any court appointed attorney fees and court costs.
