Associate District Court

Darran Wayne Ritche, 21, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty and received a deferred judgment for operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. He was placed on two years probation, ordered to have a substance abuse evaluation within 45 days, fined $1,250 and ordered to pay court costs, restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any. Another Jefferson County case was dismissed with costs to him per a plea agreement. He was ordered to be fingerprinted if none are on file with law enforcement.

Terra Dawn Greiner, 34, of Richland, pleaded guilty to no valid driver?s license, a simple misdemeanor. She was fined $65 plus a 35 percent surcharge. She was ordered to pay court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. She was ordered to be fingerprinted if none are on file with law enforcement.
