Billie Eugene McRoy, 55, 806 E. Burlington Ave., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana-enhanced. He was ordered to pay a $625 fine, $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A 90-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
