MAGISTRATE COURT

Jeremy Kaska, 32, of Brighton, pleaded guilty to contempt of court and was sentenced to seven days in jail.

ASSOCIATE DISTRICT COURT

Russell Lawrence Pameticky, 48, of Batavia pleaded guilty to fifth-degree theft and was fined $65. He also must pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge.

Jason Lee Black, 23, 809 Grand Park Drive, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-second offense and was ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers. He must pay a $1,875 fine and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. All but seven days of a 90-day jail sentence was suspended, and Black was placed on probation for two years.

Keith Owens Robinson, 46, 406 W. Stone Ave., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended. Robinson was put on probation for two years and ordered to complete a course for drinking drivers. He also was ordered to pay a $1,250 fine and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge.
