Coltin Ninja McRoy?s probation was revoked for a probation violation. McRoy, 21, of Batavia was ordered to complete the five-year sentence issued Sept. 6.

Graham York Thatcher, 22, 1811 Granville Ave., No. 3, pleaded guilty to conspire to possess marijuana with intent to deliver or possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He received a deferred judgment and was put on probation for five years. Thatcher must pay a $750 civil penalty and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge.

Samantha Starr, 22, 100 N. 16th St., Lot 17, was found in contempt of court for a probation violation. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and the terms of her probation were continued.

Corbin Eugene Shy, 42, 1947 Redwood Ave., pleaded guilty to manufacturing or possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of a precursor. Two five-year jail sentences were suspended in favor of five years probation. Shy was ordered to pay two $750 fines and two $125 law enforcement initiative surcharges.
