Sonia Joe Ollom, 28, 910 S. Third St., Apt. 4, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-second offense and was ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers. She was ordered to pay a $1,875 fine and $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. All but seven days of a 90-day jail sentence was suspended, and Ollom was placed on probation for two years.
Jeffrey Curtis Guttry, 19, 1502 Woodside Circle, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and received a deferred judgment. He was placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay a $315 civil penalty and a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge.
Ricky Ernest Brown, 53, 800 S. Ninth St., Apt. 2, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was ordered to pay a $625 fine, $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge and $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A two-year jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
Jacob Lucas Comer, 34, of Grimes pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-second offense and was ordered to pay a $1,875 fine and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge. All but seven days of a 90-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation. Comer was ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers.
Travis James Hartman, 31, of Washington, Iowa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication-second offense and was fined $315. All but two days of a 90-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
