Jesse Torres Jr., 29, of Davenport pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and was ordered to enroll in a course for drinking drivers. All but two days of a 30-day jail sentence was suspended, and Torres was put on probation for two years. Torres also must pay a $1,250 fine and a $10 drug abuse resistance education surcharge.
Mandy Dawn Greiner, 36, 100 N. 16th St., Lot 32, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief and was ordered to pay a $315 fine and $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge. A 90-day jail sentence was suspended in favor of two years probation.
Jeffrey Jay Alan, 46, 1001 E. Burlington Ave., pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and received a deferred judgment. He was put on probation for two years and ordered to enroll in a batterers? education program. Alan must pay a $315 civil penalty.
Jamie Johnson, 31, of Ottumwa pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated-first offense and received a deferred judgment. Johnson was put on probation for two years and ordered to pay a $1,250 civil penalty.
MAGISTRATE COURT
Nathaniel A. Tallent-Jenkins, 18, of Birmingham pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $100.
